DP8-AV DCC Video Measuring System

DP8-AV is a joystick control, stepper motor driven, DCC (direct computer controlled) DVCMM. The machine is equipped with either high-resolution NTSC CCD camera or mega-pixel digital camera. The ultra-large image without compression and conversion greatly improves the sub-pixel accuracy and throughput. The system uses motorized zoom lens. The motorized zoom and the software supports multiple programmable steps to maintain the magnifications and calibrations.

The machine is operated by DMP-4000 dimensional measurement software, Windows XP operating system and latest powerful computer. DMP-4000 software has edge detection and provides full video CMM measuring capability and is easy-to-learn. The stage mapping and video mapping capability greatly improves the system measurement accuracy.
